Analyst

• Knowledge of UML (Unified Modeling Language);
• An understanding of business processes, ideally related to insurance;
• Experience of system parameteristion in insurance or other financial sector;
• Experience of defining requirements and talking with clients regarding their requirements;
• Ability to assist insurance business people;
• Knowledge of financial principles. Knowledge of insurance principles is desirable but not essential;
• Personal characteristic: logical mind and an understanding of the context of the work being undertaken.
