Kelly Services C.I.S. on behalf of its client, a global Bank, with a strong presence in Russia, is searching for Business Analysts (2 positions):
       
      MISSIONS
          o Participate in the research and the development of the application projects in terms of organization, banking and financial skills.
          o Implement petals (corporate banking system module that manage a certain type of banking process) and train end users where it’s needed.

      MAIN ACTIVITIES
          o Define user’s needs and develop the best solution for implementation of the business application.
          o Participate in project research and analysis activities.
          o Putting together Users Requirements Definitions.
          o Testing the implemented applications.
          o Writing the documents needed by the users.
          o Communicate with the users, the programmers and partners to achieve project goals.

      MAIN COMPETENCES
          o Excellent knowledge of banking business processes.
          o Good English (writing and speaking).
          o Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking.

      Requirements:
          o Experience in banking back office operations.
          o Excellent knowledge of 1 of the following types of operations: loans,deposits, cash desk operations, payments (accounting principals, reporting).
          o Knowledge of SQL and general software development background would be a plus

       
          o Lunch.
          o Medical Insurance.
