    * Business processes reengineering
    * Realize and write the functional software specifications
    * Providing input to testing plans
    * Analyze current or future system interfaces and recommend improvement to better information transfer
    * Translate application requirements into technical solutions

Requirements:

    * Excellent experience in investment/banking applications
    * Essential knowledge in investment banking, securities, exchanges, etc.
    * Experience in Bank IT project development
    * Experience in process mapping, flow chartering, specification definition, implementation and documentation
    * Knowledge of Aladdin system is preferable
    * Good English is required
